Our GP Practice Team is growing: Our Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner - Suzanne Miller is available for any muscle, bone or joint concerns.  The Physio can assess, diagnose and refer for further treatment. You can make an appointment with the Physio on Fridays.

Our new Advanced Nurse Practitioner Louise Doyle has now joined our team. She will be working in the surgery on Thursday and Fridays to help with medical problems such as ENT complaints, skin issues and a lot more.

We now have appointments available with our new Mental Health Nurse - Elizabeth McAteer.  If you are finding it hard to feel positive or feel you need support because of grief, anxiety or low mood then please contact the surgery and ask for an appointment with Elizabeth on a Monday or Tuesday.

Community Midwives

Our antenatal clinics and postnatal care involve the help of the Community Midwifes of the Holly team, who are actively involved in antenatal and postnatal care, Parenthood education and breast feeding workshops. Further information on the Team is available on request.

Community Nurses

If you wish to contact the district nurse directly, telephone Stirling 01786 468251. Now based at Stirling Community Hospital.

The district nurses provide specialist home nursing care, advice and support to our elderly, housebound and terminally ill patients, their relatives and carers.

Each patient’s needs are assessed and their care/treatment planned accordingly.

Health Visitors

Susan Kennedy RN, RM, Ba Educ. Studies, BSC Health Studies (HV Option), Cert. Family Planning, Extended nurse Prescriber.

Our health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.

Margaret Kirkwood, Health Care Assistant

Margaret works with the Health Visitor in an Administration role with in the Community her remit covers - Health Promotion, Baby Clinic, Baby Cafe(Breast Feeding Support/Advice), Toddler Groups, has Completed Incredible Years Course in connection with Parenting. Offering advice and assistance with Continence.
