The practice managers are involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology.


The practice managers supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.


Lesley is the first port of call for any complaints which you wish to make, please put these in writing and submit by hand to the GP reception or by emailing fv.orchardhousemanagementteam@nhs.scot.


Complaints will be dealt with appropriately and within a timely manner.

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries.


They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat, dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits. 


All our receptionists are trained chaperone's who are available to assist when clinical staff carry out intimate examinations - please express your wishes.
